Yes, depending on the support package you have purchased.
Xpor clients running standard Xpor licences are provided with private access to our support forums, Help files and case studies. We also have a bug tracking system and Work Request facility (allowing clients to directly submit requests for support). Enterprise Licence clients are provided with a Technical Support Manager (TSM) who will not only support the client but also pro-actively contact on regular occassions to keep the client up to date with developments / case studies, whilst assessing any future requirements.
