Store ManagOR is XPOR’s ecommerce module.  Store ManagOR enables the sale of products online or a detailed presentation of your client’s portfolio by categorisation. 

With nearly 10% of all UK retail sales being carried out online, if your clients aren’t selling online they should be considering it seriously.

What do all of the most effective ecommerce sites have in common?  They’re user friendly, easy to navigate and don’t create obstacles to making purchases.  Store ManagOR facilitates all of these essential requirements and more.

Stores for small to large product ranges are quick and easy to build and even easier for your clients to manage.  Product directories store all product information and web pages created through templates in Content ManagOR mail merge the product information, significantly reducing the number of web pages built and your client’s maintenance areas. 

As with all XPOR modules permission levels can be applied – you’re in control.  You can set access & permission levels on all aspects in Store ManagOR.  Determine what can be seen at the front end of the site and by whom and who can see & edit in the back end areas of the system.

Bullet Icon Products and Categorisation:
Adding products and categories couldn’t be easier.  Products are set up by categories and sub categories to ensure simple navigation.  Product pricing is incredibly flexible enabling customer discounts, product discounts and minimum order quantities. Products can be attributed to multiple categories, enabling sale or clearance categories to be created effortlessly. 

Bullet Icon Product Variants:
Every product can have multiple product variants, negating multiple product entries and making large product ranges easy to navigate.  Product Variants have configurable headers, so you have the flexibility to detail different information for each product.  Product variant information can be added manually for small product offerings or uploaded via CSV files for larger product ranges.

Bullet Icon Product Gallery:
Its so simple to use the product gallery.  Either upload images from a local PC, import images or files of images from Content ManagOR’s File ManagOr facility.  Once images are uploaded or imported Store ManagOR automatically creates a thumbnail of the images based on your settings.  Products can have multiple scrollable images with an option to set a main image.

Bullet Icon Payment Configuration:
Select how to accept payments for your products and configure to World Pay,HSBC etc

Bullet Icon Orders:
Summary of orders detailing their stage:  Basket, Payment cleared, awaiting, dispatched etc.

Bullet Icon Invoice Settings:
Create templates and email invoices to clients

 Bullet Icon Email Configuration:
 create templates to broadcast product information and updates to clients from the site.

Once you’ve built the site, clients can manage it without the need of a developer by:
